You can cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched for shipping. Once the order is "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, please go to "My Orders" and select the cancellation option or contact our support team.

Please initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the order. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@ayumadway.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, unless they were received damaged.
